I have been absent from here the last few days because I have been super busy. I have not been able to get out with my camera as much as I would like. I am using my Hasselblad more often but then I have to wait for the film to be developed. It takes almost a week. I guess that’s part of the appeal. Keeps you guessing. Then I scan the negatives and remove the dust. How can a negative attract so much dust when I clean my scanner before each scan? I blow off the negative before I set it on the glass. Then I blow it off again. I still have dust. Any suggestions without telling me to shoot all digital?
I could also use help with packing my camera bag. good grief. Whatever happened to using one camera? Where’s my point and shoot in all this mess?
The Oregon State Fair starts soon and I hope to get there to do some people watching and grab a few candid shots.
I love living in the Pacific Northwest being close to the mountains and the ocean. My hobbies include photography, travel, reading, biking, walking and gardening.
I am an Anglophile at heart and try to visit the UK often.
My camera goes everywhere with me.
