Reflecting on life

in a split second
This is a photo of two people sitting in a coffee shop, enjoying their coffee, and reading. A second before this I had taken an image of them, sharp, clear and in focus. Then I changed my f-stop and looked toward the sun. Two people who were in focus are now ghostly images of themselves.
With what has happened in Japan today we need to think about how quickly friends and family can be but a ghostly image. Pray for the people in Japan. Pray for your family and friends. Reflect on your life.  One second can change everything.
